Multiplayer cursors

  1. Live cursor presence — see where your co-founder is looking and editing in real time.
  2. Named selections — highlight a block of code or text and your partner sees it labeled with your name.
  3. Presence indicators in the sidebar now show activity status and last-seen timestamp.
  4. Reduced reconnection latency from ~800ms to under 100ms on poor connections.
  5. Cursor position would drift after a remote paste operation. Fixed.
  6. Presence avatars sometimes duplicated when rejoining a session. Fixed.

Shared context

  1. Shared context panel — files, docs, and web clips added by either founder are instantly visible to both.
  2. Context pinning — mark any item as always-included so it survives session resets.
  3. File tree now reflects the remote founder's open tabs with a subtle highlight.
  4. AI responses now cite which context items they drew from.
  5. Large files (>500 KB) caused context sync to stall. Fixed.
